Taylor, a native of Marshall County, is a twenty year veteran with Benton Electric System. The municipality distributes power to approximately 2,500 customers in the City of Benton as a distributor of the Tennessee Valley Authority. Taylor manages all of the business and financial operations of the electric utility. She received her Certified Utility Accountant certification from the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association in 2013. She is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
