Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and we can be reached by phone at (270) 527 - 3717. We DO NOT accept credit card payments via telephone, a bank draft service is available with a draft day at the 20th of each month. Bills will be mailed to customers by the 10th, and will be due by the 25th without penalty. The last pay date is the 5th of each month otherwise the service will be disconnected on the 6th, payment arrangements may be made in office prior to the 6th of the month. If your service has been disconnected a fee of $50 will be charged to reconnect.
