Josh has over a decade of experience in economic development, public administration and local government. He is committed to seeing the community thrive and stands ready to find creative and innovative ways to market the community's assets and structure winning deals. Josh is dedicated to ensuring that Kentucky Lake Economic Development offers resources and assistance to companies considering investing in Marshall County, Kentucky, and to those who are already a part of the community's diverse economic landscape.
Tubbs is the Founder and President of Kentucky Lake Economic Development. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the Tennessee - Tombigbee Waterway Development Council, serves on the MPA Advisory Committee at Murray State University, is a member of the Purchase Area Regional Industrial Authority Board of Directors and is honored to serve on the Board of Director's for A Soldier's Heart: Bluegrass & Muddy Waters. Josh received his Bachelor of Science from Murray State University and completed his Master of Public Administration at Murray State University.
Josh's family has called the community home for several generations. He resides with his wife, Kacey, and two children, Riley and Wyatt, in Marshall County, Kentucky.
